Shipping and Returns

Shipping in Spain is free. However, we do not ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Shipping to most of European countries has a flat rate of 10€ per order, up until an total order of 100€.

Over 100€, shipping to most European countries is free. You can check the box below for the European countries where international shipping is available for.
We also ship to Norway and Switzerland.

For orders to Norway and Switzerland, the flat shipping rate is 10€ per order and 15€ for customs, which makes it a total of 25€ per order. It is impossible for us to give free shipping to Switzerland and Norway, even for orders over 100€, due to the high charges for customs which we have to pay for as a company.

Our international shipping is operated by UPS. We use standard shipping to most destinations, which take about 3 to 5 working days to arrive.

We can not send any packages to a mailbox, because we need someone to sign in order to accept the package.

It is important that you give us a phone number when you order so you can be contacted for the delivery, in case a problem arises.

Please note that any extra customs charges and import taxes for your country are not included in the shipping charges, and that these are the client’s responsibility.

If you are not happy with your purchase, just send us back the product and we will refund you the money. Send it to:

The product should be returned within 2 months of purchase, without having being used or worn.

In case the product has a defect or is broken with normal use, we will refund you the money or change the product for a new one of your choice. If the price of the new product is less expensive, we will refund you the difference between the two products.

If the price of the new item is more expensive, than the client should pay the difference before we send the new item to her/him.

Bag Fashionista will pick up a broken item or a product with a defect at no charge at an address of your choice.

Just send us an email at with the reason why you want to return your order.We will need a day for the pick-up and a two-hour period. For example, Tuesday between 10 and 12h. That way, we can send instructions to the shipping company and send you the return address by email, which you have to print out and stick on your return package. That way, the return shipping is on us.

Conditions for our free return shipment:

o You will have to return the merchandise within 2 months of receiving your order.
o The merchandise has to be returned with all the tags attached, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging. We will inspect the merchandise once we receive it, and we will refund your credit card or transfer the money to your Paypal account. Please give us 5 days after we have received your package to refund your credit card.
o If you use the same packaging as the one in which you received your order, make sure to remove all the tags, numbers and original forms of the package, before you write the new address on the package.
o In case the merchandise has been used we either send it back to you at your expense, or we have the right to refuse to pay you the refund.

ºBag Fashionista will refund you the total of your purchase in case you are not happy with the item.

ºWe will refund you the money and the shipping costs in case the product you purchased is broken or has a defect.
